Spring Hill Comprehensive Plan

A Comprehensive Plan will:
-Define the community’s vision for the future.
-Consider many aspects of the community: housing; goods, services, and jobs (economy); infrastructure; parks and open space; transportation; city services; and health and well-being. 
-Involve a lot of public input to determine the right balance between different types of development as well as the natural environment. 
-Once adopted, provide a framework for policy makers as they evaluate individual development proposals.

YOU are the expert in your own community, and your participation in the Comprehensive Planning process provides valuable insights and perspectives that may not be available from other sources.&nbsp;Community members often have first-hand knowledge of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats within their community, which can help inform the development of a comprehensive plan tailored to the community&#39;s specific needs. Therefore, participation is critical to ensuring that the Comprehensive Plan accurately reflects the unique characteristics and priorities of the community.
